Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to any order placed on the VICALINE website.
Products and prices
Products offered for sale are presented on the site with their features and price in euros, all taxes included. VICALINE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect when the order is validated.
Order and payment
The order is confirmed once payment is completed in full. Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider; no card details are stored by VICALINE.
An order confirmation is sent by email as soon as payment is validated.
Delivery
Orders are shipped within 72 business hours, unless stated otherwise on the product page. A tracking email is sent as soon as the order ships.
The seller bears the risk of transport until delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact VICALINE: we handle the replacement or refund of your order, and we pursue the carrier ourselves.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise it, contact us at contact@vicaline.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is non-compliant or defective.

Legal warranties
VICALINE offers no commercial warranty on its products. Only the mandatory, free-of-charge legal warranties apply: the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under French consumer and civil law.

When exercising the legal warranty of conformity, the consumer:
— has two years from delivery of the goods to act;
— may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions set out in article L. 217-9 of the French Consumer Code;
— is exempt from proving the defect existed at delivery for the 24 months following delivery, except for second-hand goods.
The legal warranty of conformity applies regardless of any commercial warranty that may be granted.
The consumer may also invoke the warranty against hidden defects within the meaning of article 1641 of the French Civil Code, and in that case may choose between rescission of the sale or a price reduction under article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
Recycling
This product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Please recycle in accordance with local regulations.
Disputes and consumer mediation
In case of a dispute, you may contact VICALINE at contact@vicaline.com to seek an amicable resolution.
Under articles L. 616-1 and R. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, VICALINE's consumer mediator is CM2C — Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice. If a prior written request to VICALINE has not resolved the matter, you may file your dispute directly on the CM2C platform, at:
