Products and prices

Products offered for sale are presented on the site with their features and price in euros, all taxes included. VICALINE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect when the order is validated.

Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment is completed in full. Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider; no card details are stored by VICALINE.

An order confirmation is sent by email as soon as payment is validated.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours, unless stated otherwise on the product page. A tracking email is sent as soon as the order ships.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

To exercise it, contact us at contact@vicaline.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is non-compliant or defective.

Legal warranties

All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by applicable law.

In case of a dispute, you may contact VICALINE at contact@vicaline.com to seek an amicable resolution, or refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
